STRAWBERRY FRENCH TOAST ROLL-UPS

Prep time: 5 min Cook time: 10min servings: 8

Ingredients

• 1 Egg

• Gourmet Strawberry Sugar

• 4 slices sandwich bread

• 3 Strawberries 🍓 (Diced)

• Spray Butter

• Cream cheese

• 2 tbsp Milk

Directions

1. Flatten each slice of bread with a rolling pin.

2. Cut the crust from each bread

3. Spread cream cheese towards the end of the piece of bread.

4. Place strawberries on top of cream cheese

5. Roll the bread up tightly

6. In a bowl whisk eggs and milk until well combined.

7. Heat a skillet set over medium heat and melt with butter.

8. Place Gourmet Cinnamon Sugar on a plate

9. Dip each bread roll in the egg mixture coating well and then place them in the pan.

10. Cook until golden brown on all sides.

11. Add the cooked rolls immediately to the plate with the cinnamon sugar and roll until completely coated in sugar.
