  • 3 cups heavy whipping cream

  • 4 tbs fresh lemon juice

  • 63 Marie biscuits or Maria cookies

  • 5 tbsp Lemon Sugar

  • slices Lemon (optional)


  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream, Lemon sugar and Lemon juice on high until stiff peaks form

  2. Place the cream in a pastry bag

  3. Add a layer of biscuits in a pan. (Be sure to Fill in any empty spaces with broken cookie pieces)

  4. Cover the cookies with cream and then place another layer of cookies

  5. Continue layering the cake, ending with a layer of the lemon cream

  6. Refrigerate overnight. If you want you can add lemon slices to decorate before serving
