Ingredients
3 cups heavy whipping cream
4 tbs fresh lemon juice
63 Marie biscuits or Maria cookies
5 tbsp Lemon Sugar
slices Lemon (optional)
Directions
In a large bowl, beat the cream, Lemon sugar and Lemon juice on high until stiff peaks form
Place the cream in a pastry bag
Add a layer of biscuits in a pan. (Be sure to Fill in any empty spaces with broken cookie pieces)
Cover the cookies with cream and then place another layer of cookies
Continue layering the cake, ending with a layer of the lemon cream
Refrigerate overnight. If you want you can add lemon slices to decorate before serving
