1 Pineapple, wedge
2oz Pineapple juice
2oz Coconut rum
In a small dish, pour Pineapple sugar.
Run a Pineapple wedge around the upper outer rim of your glasses. Then roll it into the Pineapple Sugar and set aside.
Pour coconut rum, Pineapple juice and prosecco into a glass.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge and serve.
